Terms of Use

Welcome to Suited ("Suited", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Suited mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Suited helps you discover the colour season that suits you from a selfie, browse your personal palette, and check whether a clothing item flatters that palette by scanning a photo. Some features are powered by third-party artificial-intelligence models.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Suited. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You can create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the credentials you use to sign in and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Your content

You may upload photos (such as selfies and pictures of clothing). You keep all rights to your content. You grant Suited a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, sending an image to our AI provider to estimate your colour season or a colour match. You confirm you have the right to upload any photo you submit.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to misuse it in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

6. AI results

Colour-season and colour-match results are generated by automated models and are provided for inspiration only. They are estimates, not professional styling, medical or other advice, and may be inaccurate. Use your own judgement.

7. Subscriptions (Suited Pro)

Suited offers optional paid plans ("Suited Pro") that unlock additional usage. Subscriptions are sold and billed through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and managed by RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your store account, and plans renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings, or via Settings → Manage subscription in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and neither does deleting your Suited account — you must cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

8. Rewarded ads

On the free tier, Suited may offer an optional rewarded ad (served by Google AdMob) that you can choose to watch in exchange for one extra scan. Watching ads is never required; a Suited Pro subscription unlocks usage without them. Ad delivery is subject to availability and to your ad-privacy choices — including Apple's App Tracking Transparency on iOS, where declining means any ad is non-personalised (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Notifications

Notifications are off by default. Only if you turn them on in the app and grant your device's notification permission will Suited send occasional reminders and product messages. You can turn them off again at any time in Settings or in your device settings.

10. Intellectual property

The Suited name, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app — nothing more.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings; a server-side process then removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy (which can take up to 48 hours), but this does not cancel an active subscription (see section 7). We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that results are accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
